Levels 1-2 of PullUpPath, with a test that tells you when you're ready.

Where you are
If push-ups still end with your knees on the floor, or you've never done one, this course starts where you are. You don't need a bar, a bench or a plan of your own. You need the right first exercise and a way to know when to move on.
Most “beginner” programs start too high or jump too fast. Free videos are good one at a time, but nobody tells you the order. Many training apps lock the basics behind a subscription that is hard to cancel. In our review of public app reviews (October 2026), the most common complaints were paywalls and canceling, and right after them, “it doesn't explain the form” and “it isn't really for beginners”.
