The free guide

Your first 14 days on the floor

Level 1 of the PullUpPath program, as a free guide. A wall, a table and the floor are enough.

  • The 3 form points

    The three checks that decide if a rep counts, the same from the wall to the floor.

  • Your 14-day plan

    Three sessions a week, with a rest day after each. Wall and incline push-ups, plank, first floor attempts.

  • Too easy, too hard

    An easier and a harder version of every exercise, so you always train at your level.

  • A check on day 14

    See if you are ready for Level 2, and keep a log of your sessions.

From the guide

A rep counts when all three are there

You check the same three things on every push-up, from the wall to the floor. A rep without them tells you which version to use today.

The PullUpPath program

Five levels from the floor to the bar

Each level ends with a test. You move up when you pass it, not when a calendar says so. The free guide is Level 1.

Who it is for

Is this for you?

✓Yes, if…

  • you can't do a push-up or a pull-up yet, or only with your knees down;
  • you want to train at home, without equipment to start;
  • you want to know which exercise comes next, and when;
  • you prefer to pay once, not every month.

–Not yet, if…

  • you have an injury or a medical condition: talk to your doctor first;
  • you can already do several pull-ups;
  • you are looking for a diet or a body change plan: we teach strength skills.

Who is behind it

An independent course with one path

PullUpPath teaches adults to go from the floor to the bar, at home, one level at a time. We write and review the method and every guide. Our lessons use an animated coach and a voice made with AI tools, and we say so every time.

Strength you can test

Promises about push-ups and pull-ups, never about weight or how you look.

AI declared

The animated coach and the voice are made with AI tools. We say so every time.

No made-up numbers

No reviews, typical results or timelines we cannot prove.

Safety first

Stop if you feel sharp pain. Training education, never medical advice.

Questions

Before you start

Is the guide really free?

Yes. Leave your email, open the guide straight away and get it in your inbox too. No payment, no card.

I can't do a single push-up. Is this for me?

Yes. Level 1 starts against a wall.

Do I need equipment?

Not for the first two levels. A wall, a table or a sturdy chair, and the floor are enough. From Level 3 you will need a bar.

Is there a subscription?

No. The guide is free, and when enrollment opens the course is paid once: nothing to cancel.

Who makes the lessons?

Our team writes the method. The animated coach, the voice and the people in our photos are made with AI tools, and we label them. They are not real customers.

I have an injury or a medical condition.

Talk to your doctor before starting. PullUpPath is general training education, not medical advice.

Why can't I sign up from the United Kingdom?

Sign-ups from the United Kingdom are not open yet. We will open them when we meet the UK data protection requirements.
